Red Light Therapy

Full-body light therapy. Cellular energy. Visibleresults.

What is Red LIght Therapy?

Our full-body red light therapy beds deliver clinically optimized wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular energy production, reduce inflammation, promote tissue repair, and enhance recovery. Twenty minutes. Hamptons BioMed offers two distinct full-body photobiomodulation systems, one at each location, both delivering clinically validated red and near-infrared light for systemic cellular support.

At Southampton, we use the TheraLight 360+ Red Light Bed, a full-body photobiomodulation system that delivers four clinically optimized wavelengths of red and near-infrared light using 45,000 LEDs for uniform, 360-degree exposure. At the Upper East Side, we use the ARRC Elysium Red Light Bed, an advanced full-body system that combines six dose-optimized wavelengths of red, green, and near-infrared light with artificial intelligence-driven bioenergetic scanning to deliver a highly personalized cellular support experience. The Elysium integrates FDA-approved scanning technologies with pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, scalar field generation, and real-time AI analysis to assess your body's energetic patterns and deliver corrective frequencies tailored to your unique needs.

How Red Light Therapy Works

The science behind Red Light Therapy

Red and near-infrared wavelengths are absorbed by mitochondrial chromophores, specifically cytochrome c oxidase, which activates a cascade of cellular responses. ATP production increases, supporting cellular energy. Reactive oxygen species and inflammatory mediators are modulated, reducing systemic inflammation. Cellular proliferation and tissue repair are stimulated. Circulation and lymphatic flow improve. The Elysium at the Upper East Side adds bioenergetic scanning and PEMF integration for a more deeply individualized session.

Sessions are 20 minutes at either location. You will lie comfortably in the bed while the system delivers full-body light exposure. Minimal clothing is recommended for maximum benefit. Sessions are passive and restful. Your specialist will confirm settings and any add-ons before you begin. In Southampton, sessions can be enhanced with inhaled oxygen, hydrogen, or NanoVi for additional cellular support. Your specialist can recommend the right combination for your goals.

How Red Light Therapy FIts your protocol

Red light therapy works especially well before hyperbaric oxygen, where it primes the cellular environment for deeper oxygenation. It also complements Firefly, PEMF, and the Human Regenerator as part of a comprehensive longevity protocol. Your specialist will sequence your session accordingly.

Firstly, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the facility has a very comfortable, inviting feel, not at all clinical, despite the high level of care being offered. Speaking from a first impression, the red light therapy session was both relaxing and highly invigorating. The staff clearly explained what to expect and guided me through the process with professionalism and warmth. Every corner of the space feels bright, clean, and filled with positive energy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being.
