Move What Your Body is Ready To Release.

What is Flowpresso?

Flowpresso is a prescription-grade, full-body therapeutic suit that combines sequential compression, far-infrared heat, and deep pressure therapy to support lymphatic drainage, promote detoxification, and activate deep nervous system rest. One session often leaves clients feeling lighter, calmer, and more clear.

Flowpresso is an FDA Class II medical device, a full-body suit with 22 individually controlled inflatable chambers that deliver three simultaneous therapies: sequential pneumatic compression, far-infrared heat, and deep pressure. Together, these three mechanisms create a uniquely comprehensive experience that supports lymphatic flow, reduces inflammation, calms the nervous system, and promotes deep relaxation. Flowpresso is paired with NanoVi technology at HBM for an enhanced cellular repair experience.

How Flowpresso Works

The science behind Flowpresso

The suit's chambers inflate and deflate in a precise sequence, mimicking the natural rhythm of lymphatic drainage and encouraging the movement of cellular waste and excess fluid. Far-infrared heat penetrates beneath the surface to support circulation and tissue relaxation, while the deep, consistent pressure of the suit activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the body's rest-and-digest state) helping to lower cortisol, reduce anxiety, and promote restorative calm.

Each session begins with manual activation of the supraclavicular lymph points just below the collarbone, which primes the lymphatic system before compression begins.

Flowpresso sessions are approximately 40 minutes. You will wear the full-body suit over long sleeves and long pants, a body suit is available if needed. Your specialist will activate your lymph drainage points before the session begins, then set the heat and compression to your comfort and goals. The experience is deeply relaxing, most clients describe it as a gentle, rhythmic hug with soothing warmth. Technician supervision is maintained throughout.

How Flowpresso FIts your protocol

Flowpresso is most effective when preceded by Firefly or PEMF, which prime the body's circulation and cellular environment for optimal lymphatic response. It works especially well as part of detox, drainage, and stress recovery protocols. Your specialist will sequence your session accordingly.
