Sweat with purpose. Restore from within.
What is an Infrared Sauna?
Our low-EMF infrared sauna delivers deep, gentle heat that penetrates beneath the skin to activate the body's natural detox pathways, support circulation, and promote genuine cellular renewal. Thirty minutes. Lasting effect.
Hamptons BioMed uses the High Tech Health Infrared Sauna, a low-EMF far-infrared heat system designed for deep detoxification, circulation support, and restorative relaxation. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the surrounding air, far-infrared technology penetrates up to 1.5 inches beneath the skin, gently raising core body temperature and activating the lymphatic system, heat shock proteins, and natural sweating mechanisms from the inside out. The result is a more efficient and deeply restorative detox experience at a comfortable temperature.
How Infrared Saunas Work
The science behind Infrared Saunas
Far-infrared wavelengths are absorbed directly by the body's tissues, gently elevating core temperature and triggering a cascade of cellular responses. Heat shock proteins (the body's built-in cellular repair signal) are activated, supporting tissue repair and cellular resilience. Circulation increases, lymphatic flow is stimulated, and natural sweating supports the elimination of stored toxins including heavy metals and environmental compounds.
What infrared sauna may support:
- Detoxification and elimination of environmental toxins
- Cardiovascular health and circulation
- Stress relief and nervous system regulation
- Muscle tension and recovery
- Skin clarity and tone
- Mold, Lyme, and heavy metal protocols
- Metabolic and immune health
Sessions run 30 minutes at 115 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, with frequency ranging from 3 to 5 sessionsper week. Daily use is safe once tolerance is established.

What to expect with our Infrared Sauna
your Infrared Sauna experience

You will enter the sauna privately and relax in gentle, enveloping warmth for approximately 30 minutes. Your specialist will recommend appropriate temperature settings based on your protocol and tolerance. Hydration before, during, and after your session is essential. After your session, allow 5 to 10 minutes for your body temperature to normalize before continuing your day. Mineral or binder support following your session may be recommended to enhance the detox effect.

How our Infrared Sauna FIts your protocol
Infrared sauna works best when used after Firefly or PEMF, which prime the cellular environment for deeper lymphatic and detox support. It is a natural anchor at the end of a technology session stack and is frequently included in our detox, drainage, and longevity protocol sequences.
