CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
At Hamptons BioMed, your time and well-being are deeply valued. We understand that life happens—however, out of respect for our practitioners and other clients, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- All Appointments and Treatments:
You may cancel or reschedule by calling or texting 631-500-9021 (please leave a voicemail if needed), or emailing us at info@hamptonsbiomed.com. - Appointments with Tapp:
Please do not reply to automated Practice Better confirmation or reminder texts, as those replies are not monitored and we will not receive them. Use the contact information above to cancel or reschedule directly. - Wellness Treatments:
Can also be managed through your Boulevard patient profile.
Our Policy:
- Late Cancellations (<24 hours): Will be charged the full cost of the reserved service.
- No-Shows or Late Arrivals (>10 minutes): May result in forfeiting your appointment and incur the same full fee.
- Emergency Exceptions: In the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may apply part or all of your cancellation fee toward a future service at our discretion.
